Plantation Renovation Inc. is a professional home renovation company licensed by the State of Georgia as a Residential/General Contractor.

Wade Bowman is the Founder and President/Owner of Plantation Renovation Inc. Wade grew up in Decatur, GA. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. As a former home builder, corporate executive, and home renovation enthusiast, Wade brings all of his experience and skills to the home renovation industry. His unique background and approach to doing business brings a high level of professionalism and integrity to this industry.

Wade has always had a fascination with home building. When he was around 8 years old, he begged his mother to take him to a new subdivision that was being built around the corner from his house. He asked the workers there for scraps he could have and filled the car trunk with materials. With these scraps and under his parent's watchful eye, he built his first tree house in the back yard and even put a small porch on the back of it. He and his brother spent many a summer night looking at the stars from this homemade perch.

Today, Wade still enjoys getting involved with the builds. He handles all of the design work himself and his hands-on approach and demand for doing things the right way has made Plantation Renovation's reputation for quality and integrity so strong.

On the personal side, Wade is married, has two daughters, three dogs and two cats. His free time is consumed with family life and all the blessings this entails. He is also a dedicated servant-leader at his church, Creekside UMC in Cumming.

Who We Are

We are Plantation Renovation, a professional home renovation and improvement company. We specialize in additions, basements, kitchens, baths, and screened porches.

Although we're not right for everyone, we typically work with homeowners who are:

• Worried about hiring a professional contractor they can trust
• Upset by broken promises from previous contractors
• Afraid that the contractor will be difficult to communicate with
• Frustrated with contractors who do not listen to their needs
• Don't want to overpay and do want a quality result

These words mean something to us. We have found that in doing these steps, we improve communication, quality, timing, and deliver a project that exceeds your expectations.

We invest the time with you up front to work out a Design that meets your needs and your budget. We then work with you on a Plan to make it all happen and give you the time frames for stages of completion. When these two elements are in place, only then do we start to Build. It is during this phase that our quality and care begin to transform into something you can touch and feel. Upon completing the build, we do not simply shake hands and walk away. We Warrant our work. We stand behind what we do and are there for you down the road. Our reputation depends on it!

What Makes Us Different

At Plantation Renovation, we have carved out a niche in the home renovation market where we specialize in projects that are above the scope or capability of the traditional local tradesman. These projects typically require all of the knowledge, skill, and resources as the custom home builder. These type projects typically fit into one of these categories: additions, whole-house remodels, basement build-outs, major kitchen and bath remodeling, or specialty porches and decks. Additions are our specialty. We take special care to come up with a design that not only provides the functions you desire but also meshes with the existing architecture in such a way that it looks like it has always been there. It takes a great deal of knowledge and skill to get all of the pieces to fit together just right.

We take great pride when we are chosen by a client for their project. We will never violate their trust and faith in us. We work tirelessly to get everything just as they envisioned and in the end, exceed their expectations.
